Chief Steve Campbell has been with the department since February 1995, Chief since June 1996. He is from Fairmont, West Virginia and has been living in NH since 1993. Steve has one son. He is a 21-year veteran with the United States Air Force.

Office Nelson Ortega has been employed with the Bennington Police since October 2010. He is originally from New York; however, now lives in the Concord NH area. He previously worked at the Chester Police Department for ten years. He is married with three children.

Dottie Zabriskie has been crossing guard since October 2000. She is a lifelong resident of Bennington. She is married and has five children.

Officer Phil Marcellino has been with the department since January 2011; however, he previously has spent eleven years with the department. He is a lifelong resident of New Hampshire. He is married with three children.

Prosecutor Mike Beausoleil has been the prosecutor since 2007. He is a lifelong resident of New Hampshire. He is married with one child.
