CIVIL: Police mediated a civil issue involving visitation/custody issues of a child.
ARREST: Police arrested Samantha Arsenault of Bennington on a warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released on personal recognizance bail pending a court date.
Nov 2nd
ANIMAL: Police received a report from a Pine Meadow Circle resident regarding a missing husky. The dog was found.
E911: Police received a report of an Emergency 911 call from a local business. It was determined to have been accidental.
JUVENILE: Police received a report of a missing juvenile from a North Bennington Road residence. He was found and was alright.

JUVENILE: Police responded to a Starrett Road residence for a juvenile being disorderly and also left home. She was found walking close to her residence. Police mediated the incident.
DOMESTIC: Police responded to North Bennington Road for a report of a domestic disturbance. It was determined to have been verbal. Police cleared after calming the situation.
Nov 5th
ARREST: After a motor vehicle stop police arrested Angela St. John from Hancock on an arrest warrant and for Illegal Transportation of Alcohol. She was transported to county lockup pending an arraignment in Hillsborough District Court.
ARREST: Police arrested Edward Chamberlain of Hancock for Illegal Possession of Alcohol. He was released on personal recognizance bail pending a court date in Hillsborough District Court.
Nov 6th
E911: Police received an Emergency 911 call from a local business. Investigation revealed no calls were made. It is believed to be a telephone problem.
THEFT: Police took a report from a Bible Hill Road resident who reported a theft of jewelry. Investigation continues.
THEFT: Police took a report from a Greenfield Road resident reporting a theft of power tools. Investigation continues.
ANIMAL: Police received a report of a dog constantly barking. Police spoke to the State Route 202 owner.
ARREST: Police arrested a Bible Hill Road juvenile charging her with Simple Assault. She was released pending a court date in Hillsborough District Court.

E911: Police received a report involving an Emergency 911 call from a local business. There were no problems.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS/HARASSMENT: Police took a report from a Dodge Hill Road resident reporting possible trespassing and/or harassment issues. Investigation continues.

MUTUAL AID: Police assisted Bennington Rescue with a call involving a suicidal person.
Nov 9th
ALARM: Police responded to a Switzer Road residence for a report of a residential alarm. No problems were found.
ARREST: Police arrested Michael Shubelka of Peterborough for forging and cashing a bad check. He was released on personal recognizance bail pending a court date in Hillsborough District Court.

ALARM: Police responded to a local garage for an alarm activation. It is believed to have been caused by a faulty alarm.

ANIMAL: Police spoke to the owner of a dog after neighbors complained of constant barking.
THEFT: Police took a report from a Durgin Road resident who reported money stolen from his house. Investigation continues.
DOMESTIC: Police responded to Bible Hill Road for a report of a domestic disturbance. It was determined to have been verbal.

ANIMAL: Police picked up a stray dog and took it to Spring Meadows farm. The owner eventually claimed the dog.
MUTUAL AID: Police assisted the Hancock Police with a Driving While Intoxicated arrest.
MUTUAL AID: Police assisted the Antrim Police Department with a paperwork service incident.
Nov 15th
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Police received a report from a Main Street resident stating he found damage to his vehicle. Investigation continues.
ARREST: Police arrested Jason LaGasse, 20, of Bennington charging him with Illegal Trespassing. The trespassing occurred at a Bible Hill Road residence. He was released on $1000 personal recognizance bail pending a January 14th court date in Hillsborough District Court.
Nov 16th
MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Police received a report of a motorist hitting a deer on State Route 202. No report was required.
ANIMAL: Police received a report of two goats in the roadway on Francestown Road. They were gone by time police arrived.
ANIMAL: Police received a report of a stray dog on Mountain Road. Police were unable to locate the dog.
Nov 17th
ARREST: After making a motor vehicle stop police arrested Jason Byam, 29, of Bennington charging him with Driving After Suspension. He was released on $1000 personal recognizance bail pending a January 14th court date in Hillsborough District Court.
DOMESTIC: Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a Birch Glen Drive residence. Investigation revealed it was verbal. The situation was calmed down without further action being necessary.
CRIMINAL THREATENING: Police received a report from Monadnock Community Hospital involving threats being made by a Bennington resident. Investigation revealed he was upset; however, it could not be determined if threats were actually made. No charges were made at this time; however, investigation continues.
Nov 19th
ARREST: Police arrested Tammy Comeau of Bennington on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was taken to court at the same time of the arrest.
THEFT: Police received a report of a theft of a wallet from a vehicle. Investigation continues.
Nov 20th
CHECK WELFARE: Police were requested to check the welfare of a State Route 202 resident. He was found to be doing alright.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Police took a report of criminal mischief involving damage done to vehicle windows. Investigation continues.
Nov 21st
ARREST: At 3:30 p.m. police arrested Mandy Rajaniemi, 31, of Hillsborough on a civil warrant. She was released after posting $375 cash bail. She was also issued a court date of December 7th in Keene District Court.
MUTUAL AID: Police assisted the Antrim Police on Concord Street at the scene of a house fire.
Nov 22nd
MUTUAL AID: Police assisted the Henniker Police in interviewing a Bennington resident involving a Conduct After Accident incident.
INVESTIGATION: Police received a report from a State Route 202 resident involving the Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle incident. Investigation continues.
Nov 23rd
ARREST: At 1:40 p.m. police responded to a North Bennington Road residence for a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival police spoke to three individuals regarding trespassing onto the property. All three individuals received a no trespass order; however, two individuals were arrested. Walter Feeley, 18, of Massachusetts was arrested on two bench warrants from Hillsborough District Court. He was subsequently transported to Hillsborough County House of Corrections pending a court appearance. The second person, Eric Martin, 24, of Massachusetts was charged with Driving After Suspension. He was released on $1000 personal recognizance bail pending a January 14th court date in Hillsborough District Court.
ARREST: At 2:00 p.m. police arrested Kyle Robicheau, 18, of Peterborough charging him with Issuing Bad Checks. He was released on $1000 personal recognizance bail pending a January 14th court date in Hillsborough District Court.
Nov 24th
CIVIL: At 9:00 a.m. police got involved in a dispute over ownership of a horse. This is an ongoing issue between ex-wife and ex-husband; however, investigation continues.
MUTUAL AID: Police assisted the Bennington Rescue Department with a medical call on North Bennington Road.
CRIMINAL TRESPASSING: Police took a report of criminal trespassing on private property at a North Bennington Road resident.
ILLEGAL DUMPING: Police took a report of possible illegal dumping on Gillis Hill Road.
Nov 27th
ARREST: At 10:30 p.m. after investigating a motor vehicle accident on Bible Hill Road police arrested Shawn LaGasse, 21, of Bennington charging him with Driving While Intoxicated. He was released on $1000 personal recognizance bail pending a January 14th court date in Hillsborough District Court.
ANIMAL: Police responded to Pine Meadows Circle for a report of a dog being hit by a vehicle. The dog did not appear to be injured.
Nov 28th
MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: At 8:25 p.m. police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on State Route 202. Investigation revealed that Thomas Cochran, 52, of Antrim was driving a motor vehicle, a 1994 Acura, when he struck a deer which crossed in front of him. The vehicle sustained front end damage. There were no injuries; however, the deer did not survive.
Nov 29th
MISSING PERSON: Police received a report from State Route 202 family members stating that their father was missing. Investigation revealed he was at a nursing home.
Nov 30th
MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: At 06:20 a.m. police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Antrim Road. Investigation revealed that a 1987 Dodge Truck, being driven by Jamie Schofield, 20, of Antrim struck a vehicle, a 2001 Isuzu, being driven by Tracy Waddle, 34, of Greenfield. Investigation revealed that Schofield was turning into the parking area of the Monadnock Paper Mill when Waddle attempted to go around Schofield causing the collision. Waddle sustained a minor injury to her leg. Schofield’s vehicle sustained minor damage on the left front corner. Waddle vehicle was considered a total loss because after colliding it crossed the roadway striking a tree.
JUVENILE: At 07:00 police responded to a Starrett Road residence for an out-of-control juvenile. Investigation revealed some damage to the home and minor injury to the female.
